Credit Forms & Tax Certificates

To apply for credit, please complete and submit our online credit request form. You may download the form, fill it out, and then save the file. Once saved, these forms may be submitted by email to accounting@texasironandmetal.com.

If you do not wish to submit a credit application online, you may print off the form, sign it, and drop it off at our retail center.

• Commercial Credit Application
  Please complete this form to apply for credit.
• Texas Resale Certificate
  Retailers who will re-sell merchandise should complete this form.
• Texas Exemption Certificate
  Organizations making a purchase for a tax-exempt purpose or organization should complete this form.
