I have gone here twice so far to get some metal for my shop. The customer service from Esteban was great. Even the guys... in the yard are very helpful and respectful. I had excellent customer service. Vasquez, the shop lead assisted me and had me in and out with my order in under 5... minutes. Really helped me out when I was in a rush. He also helped load my equipment up and made sure I was street legal by putting out a red maker. 5 stars hands down.read more

Needed a bunch of steel for our new gym build out - TIM was by far the least expensive out of many others that we had... quoted and was able to get us everything we needed. The free delivery to boot was extremely helpful. When we mistakenly got some mis-cut lengths, they quickly resolved and had the replacements out to us only a week later and picked up the returned items at no cost to us. Dan stuck with us the whole time and was extremely communicative. Will be back in the future.read more

Dan is the man.I had a crazy deadline on a crazy project.Dan was able to fill the order, coming up with several... Surplus and Drops that saved about $800. He followed through after the initial sale with the MCRs for our welding inspector and a 1 hour 4PM Friday piece we had to have.Always available in a timely fashion.Everyone I spoke to over there knew their business.read more

Ordering was easy - Cameron helped out sourcing the correct materials. When I arrived the team was just finishing up... the preparation (cutting) and everything was ready for the 10am scheduled will-call. Vasquez had the truck loaded in no time and I was off to my project. Friendly and helpful staff, even helped me last minute pick out some drop steel needed for beam connection. This is the 3rd time buying from them and I am certain I will buy from them again.read more

I'm a truck driver, I delivered some steel beams to them. Everyone was super friendly and they got me unloaded very... quickly. I was unloaded in minutes. They unloaded me way faster than it took me to untarp and unchain. Also there is a Chevron gas station 0.3 tenths away that has quite a bit of parking for trucks and food and diesel.read more

I use Texas Iron and Metal all the time. They are very fast compared to other steel companies. Great sales staff that... are very knowledgeable about their products. Vasquez runs a tight ship in the yard. He keeps things flowing in the steel yard. If your order is small enough and the other guys are working, he will take care of you himself just to get you on your way. I love sending them my business.read more
