2023 End-of-Year Customer Survey Report
This month’s featured piece is a departure from our typical content surrounding industry and product information. At Texas Iron & Metal, the customer is our primary focus. The ever-present question of, “What are we doing right for them and how can we improve?” is present each day as we perform daily tasks, host internal meetings, and make decisions – small and large. We know that the more we understand our customers, the more effective we are in serving them. As such, we put out a customer survey at the end of 2023.
