This month’s featured piece is a departure from our typical content surrounding industry and product information.  At Texas Iron & Metal, the customer is our primary focus. The ever-present question of, “What are we doing right for them and how can we improve?” is present each day as we perform daily tasks, host internal meetings, and make decisions – small and large. We know that the more we understand our customers, the more effective we are in serving them. As such, we put out a customer survey at the end of 2023.

When analyzing the information we received, it occurred to us that the key findings of this report would be of interest to our community.
